Frequently asked
Do I have to change my website?
No. Sepal connects to your existing WooCommerce store. If your site runs on another platform, tell us and we will look at it.
Where is my data stored?
In the Cloud plan, on our servers in the EU, backed up off-site. In the Self-hosted plan, only on your own server.
Do florists need to install an app?
No. They work in Telegram, which they already have, and in the browser at the counter.
Can I use it for weddings and events?
Recipes and costing work for any bouquet. A dedicated events calendar is on the roadmap.
What if my shop is tiny?
Sepal works the same for 100 stems or 10,000. The price covers hosting, updates and someone keeping an eye on it.
Can I leave?
Yes. Your data is yours and we export it on request.
